He has led restructuring and turnaround processes in several European countries and participated in M & A processes in various sectors such as services, manufacturing, food, distribution and retail.
With more than 15 years of experience in top management positions, Mr. Bellón has specialized in business expansion plans. With a strong focus in the negotiation process and the commercial area, he has organized and led commercial teams in various sectors of activity, including media outlets, distribution companies, manufacturing industries and services.
Entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in senior management and business management in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay. he has been board member and executive director in several companies in South America and Europe. Extensive experience in strategic planning, business expansion and turnaround plans, having led M & A processes in various sectors of activity.
Professional with more than 20 years of experience in investment banking and venture capital. He specializes in financial and capital investments, directs and manages the formation of investor groups for M & A operations.
Professional with 30 years experience in senior management positions in South American and European companies. With a solid financial background, he has wide experience in companies valuation and implementation of investment projects. Eduardo led restructuring and M&A processes in various sectors such as dairy, pharmacy, technology, fashion, nautical, fishery and aquaculture.
